Special Olympics Equestrian

Rockin' W Ranch supports the Polk County Special Olympics Equestrian Team and the nonprofit organization A Heart for H.E.R.O.s. Our Rockin' W Ranch's coaches volunteer to help instruct the young men and women of the Special Olympics program and prepare them to compete in Special Olympics Equestrian Events. The Special Olympics Equestrian Program is very helpful to these young men and women, as the athletes gain social skills by communicating with their peers, build balance and develop motor control skills from horseback riding, and build emotional bonds with the horses that they ride.
